lovely stay near slopes
quick access ski lift access immaculate room fine bar helpful staff
the location allowed quick access to ski lifts it was ski in. i found the rooms immaculate and well maintained . facilities included a fine bar perfect after a day on the slopes. i also found the staff helpful ensuring i had what i needed.
i noticed soundproofing between rooms could be slightly improved i could sometimes hear conversations next door. it was not a major issue but it was noticeable.

the bar provided a great selection of drinks including cocktails crafted by aldo i found them top level. i particularly enjoyed the whiskey sour i tried various cocktails and each one was well.

perfect location friendly staff great shower
The location worked perfectly for me. it was next door to the ski lifts and the village centre. staff helped us sort out lessons. the shower was really great. I could relax after skiing.

faulty thermostat thin walls
I thought the location was great, right by the lifts. however, the rooms felt a little too hot. The thermostat did not seem to work. i also noticed the walls are thin. I could hear conversations next door. it, really. the drinks at the bar were also expensive! but the staff was friendly.

sheet ice rude staff
the location was good being close to the clotes ski lift.
i wasn't told before arrival that breakfast would be delivered to a different hotel, a walk over sheet ice was needed to get there. the bedrooms are modern but quite small and the beds are uncomfy. the staff seemed quite rude.

excellent alpine stay
direct access ski room friendly staff
The location provided direct access to the clotes chairlift, an important factor for skiers. i found a ski and boot room very convenient. the bar area features a dj. This added to the lively atmosphere. i appreciated the friendly staff at reception.
My room was a bit small for a ski trip. There was very limited space for luggage. the design prioritized aesthetics over functionality, a small inconvenience. i hope for improvements in space optimization next time.

The hotel bar featured bombadino's. I found it a good aprรจs-ski treat after a long day. the bar staff are very friendly, a bonus after an intensive day on the slopes. the drink was AMAZING!!!

The reception staff are friendly and helpful. I appreciated their assistance. several staff members speak english. This made communication quite easy. one staff member, iryna, in the bar stood out. She was always very friendly.

Direct access to the clotes chairlift exists. This is a huge plus for skiers. the hotel is near ski-in access. This saved considerable walking time. views from the hotel are fine. This enhanced the overall experience.
